Pick up your rental @ RAILROAD DOCK

When you exit the ship you will either leave the dock via bus or be tendered into the small boat harbor. Either way you’ll end up in the area of the bus drop off. Cross the road to the train tracks and walk the length of the parking lot AWAY from the ship(s). Your rental will have a dry erase board with your name sitting on the dash!

Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking area. Please refrain from parking in any designated area for excursion companies or WPYR. It is permitted to park in areas marked “Restaurant parking”.

Pick up your rental @ BROADWAY DOCK

Once off the Ship, you are to go to your Right toward the AMHS Ferry parking lot. You will see parking there alongside the Cruise ship dock .You are at the Broadway Dock. Your name will be on a dry erase board on the dash.

Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking area. Please park the rental at the far end of the parking area, farthest from the terminal.

Pick up your rental- Once off the Ship you are to go to your left toward the water. You will see parking spaces there along the water. Your rental is going to be closer the the fence that has helicopters on the other side. You are at the Ore dock.

To locate your rental at the airport, exit the airport terminal and the (1st) place to look for it is parked along the “island divider”. The (2nd) place to look is the row alongside the ocean water. The (3rd) place to look is the row alongside the river. PLEASE NEVER ASK AIRPORT EMPLOYEES. They will not know and are not affiliated with our company.

Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking area. When returning a vehicle to the Airport, please avoid parking in spaces marked "Trail Parking".

DO NOT FEED BEARS- ITS AGAINST THE LAW & HIGHLY OFFENSIVE TO LOCALS- the reason: “ A fed bear is a dead bear”. They are destroyed if they become a nuisance or too approachable from being food habitualized. Bears are dangerous stay inside the vehicle. They can move very fast- especially if the bear believes you’re a threat. If cubs are near, this can make the sow “unpredictable”.

There are many “eyes” on the road and reports are made to RCMP (CANADIAN POLICE) and Local police if seen feeding or outside the vehicle taking pictures of bears. Observe bears doing their natural behavior from the safety of the vehicle. Bears don't attack vehicles unless they want what you are offering/ or if they are being provoked- so if a vehicle is damaged you will be responsible for the cost.

Must have a complete file with us that includes signed agreement and upload of Driver’s license & proof of insurance. (check the link in your confirmation email) Call if you have questions.

Will have a lockbox with combo- be sure to refer to your email for your combination- for advance reservations, This will arrive via email before you arrive in Skagway

Return time is 5pm. Please be back by or before 5 to avoid a late fee. see your rental agreement

Begin the day with a full tank of gas - they must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid a refueling fee.

We provide each vehicle with essentials to help you feel comfortable for the day and keep the vehicle neat, including trash bags. Bag all your trash (and dispose of it, if possible) to avoid a cleanup fee. We will take care of the rest!
