Cancellation Policy
BUSINESS HOURS 7am-5pm AKST.
Guests will receive a full refund when the guest cancels the booking no less than 5 days prior to the booking date.
Cancellations made fewer than five days in advance are not refundable (see exception below). One immediate re-booking is allowed upon request for the same calendar year, provided the cancellation occurs between April 15 and October 15, without any penalty, and is dependent on current availability. Between October 16-April 14 (off Season) there are no “rebooking” restrictions.
The confirmation email includes a "Cancel" button for the renter. (received immediately after making a reservation). It is located underneath the photo of the vehicle that was rented. By clicking on it not less than 5 days prior to your pickup date, a cancellation and full refund will be initiated. This is not reversable. If done in error, a new reservation will need to be made.
EXCEPTION: Guests arriving by cruise ship or other public transportation should first check their email for any refunds initiated by the business owner before contacting us. Refunds are possible if confirmed travel disruptions prevent arrival on the scheduled date. A full refund will be issued for failures to arrive that are beyond the guest's control and can be verified. This policy may require proof at the discretion of the business owner.
Late arriving transportation does not necessarily pose a condition in which a refund is guaranteed but will be considered case- by- case if the arriving vessel is delayed. Please call to inquire if this is your situation.
