Cancellation Policy

BUSINESS HOURS 7am-5pm AKST.

·         Guests will receive a full refund or credit when the guest cancels the booking no later than 5:00PM AKST, 3 days prior to the booking date.

·         50% refund for less than 3 days notice, but more than one day prior (before 5 pm).

·         If a cancellation notice is given after 5:01pm, the day before the reservation date, no refund will be granted.

 

·         A full refund would be made if, due to a verifiable cause such as Weather, Mechanical, or if a Cruise Ship changes it’s Itinerary which prevents a guest from arriving entirely via a Cruise ship, any Ferry or Airplane on the reservation date.  This means that the failure to arrive was beyond the control of the guest.

·         Late arriving transportation does not necessarily pose a condition in which a refund is guaranteed but will be considered case- by- case if the arriving vessel is delayed. Please call to inquire if this is your situation.
