RAILROAD DOCK - CRUISE PARKING
At the start of your day
It is advised that you bring your Passport (Apr-Oct). Make sure you have your driver’s license & proof of insurance
The Railroad Dock parking lot is the gravel lot located on 2nd Ave between Spring St., the Railroad tracks. and diagonally across the street from the White Pass depot.
Pick up your rental @ RAILROAD DOCK (Walk is approx. 10 min) - Walk away from the dock, keeping the train tracks to your right, until they cross over the road- at that intersection the parking lot will be a few steps further straight ahead, and to your right.
* Note, if you are walking away from the dock along the water, you will see a paved parking lot for boaters. Continue up the road once the path curves around the side of the restaurant and follow the tracks up the road.
**The Renter’s name is written on a dry erase board located on the dashboard. There is contact info too!
All our vehicles have a "Drive About" window sticker.
The Keycode for the lockbox was sent via email to the renter’s email on the reservation, prior to arrival.

2) Return with a full tank of gas. All vehicles use Regular unleaded Gas.
There are TWO Gas stations in Skagway they are located at:
#1- 4th Ave & Main St.
#2 -2nd Ave & State St.
Park the rental in the same parking lot you picked it up at.
Place keys back inside the lock box & secure

BROADWAY DOCK - CRUISE PARKING
At the start of your day
It is advised that you bring your Passport (Apr-Oct). Make sure you have your driver’s license & proof of insurance
Broadway Parking lot is located along the side of the ship.
Pick up your rental @ BROADWAY DOCK Once off the Ship and walking toward the parking area with tour busses, turn Right, and walk over to the AMHS Ferry terminal parking lot. (You are now alongside the ship). The rental is parked here.
**The Renter’s name is written on a dry erase board located on the dashboard. There is contact info too!

ORE DOCK - CRUISE PARKING
At the start of your day
It is advised that you bring your Passport (Apr-Oct). Make sure you have your driver’s license & proof of insurance
Ore Dock parking is located directly behind the Skagway Trading Co. located on 1st Ave. between State St. and Broadway Ave.
Pick up your rental @ ORE Dock Parking -( approx. a 10 min walk)
*DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE TOUR BUS LOT- this is not where the rental is parked.
When you disembark the ship, you’ll be walking away from the ship, down a wooden dock, heading toward town. At the end of the dock is a cement sidewalk along the train tracks.
As you walk straight ahead, the tracks will curve to the right, and you will see a sign posted that says, “To Downtown” Follow to Broadway St.
Turn Left and walk along Broadway St. toward the big blue building (Skagway Trading Co. which is located on the corner of 1st Ave & Broadway St.)
At 1st Ave and Broadway St. turn left. The rental vehicle is located in the lot directly behind the Skagway Trading Co (blue building). and is only parked between the store and the Red Caboose. *Note:On a delivery day the rental may be parked on 1st Ave. in the same vicinity.

AIRPORT PARKING
At the start of your day
It is advised that you bring your Passport (Apr-Oct). Make sure you have your driver’s license & proof of insurance
To locate your rental at the airport, exit the airport terminal and the (1st) place to look for it is parked along the “island divider”. The (2nd) place to look is the row alongside the ocean water. The (3rd) place to look is the row alongside the river. PLEASE NEVER ASK AIRPORT EMPLOYEES. They will not know and are not affiliated with our company.
Unless otherwise arranged with owner-Return the vehicle to this parking area. When returning a vehicle to the Airport, please avoid parking in spaces marked "Trail Parking".

STEPS TO COMPLETE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Prior to your arrival, we will email you the parking lot location of the rental and the combination to the lockbox, using the email address we have on file.

Thank you for reserving your rental vehicle with us. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask for your attention to the following steps regarding the Rental Agreement:
1) Complete the Rental Agreement
Link can be found in the confirmation e-mail you received following payment in blue text.
Please fill out the Rental Agreement in its entirety, attaching all required documents. This step is essential to receive the location and lockbox combination for your rental vehicle.
2) Submission Timeline
We request that the Rental Agreement be completed within 7 days of your reservation. You will receive an email with further instructions approximately 2-3 weeks before your arrival.
3) Required Documentation
When completing the Rental Agreement, please provide your current Driver's License (DL) and proof of Insurance and the same for a 2nd driver if you answered “YES” on the reservation form. Liability & Collision are both required. for both the Renter and the optional 2nd driver. If either document is set to expire before your arrival, kindly email us an updated version at your earliest convenience. Be sure to include your Booking Number and Last Name in the email for reference.
4) Alternative Insurance Coverage
make sure to secure both collision (or CDW “collision damage waiver” and Liability coverage or LDW “Liability damage waiver”)
If you are using Travel Insurance, the policy must indicate rental car coverage, along with the coverage dates and policy number. The policy must be in the Renter’s name. If others are covered, this must also be stated in the policy.
Many credit cards offer CDW coverage, and may (though rarely) offer LDW. Consult your credit card representative for more information. Proof is a letter from the credit card benefits office stating the coverage provided.
Alternatively, you may purchase coverage online from a rental car insurance vendor. This option can also include liability coverage. Please upload the purchased policy to demonstrate proof of coverage. A receipt of purchase with stated coverage is proof.
