WALKING DIRECTIONS — From the Central Drop-Off Area at the dock

ONCE OFF THE SHUTTLE—-OR—-TENDER

• Look toward the mountain and locate the train tracks—they’ll guide your way

• Keep the tracks on your right as you walk up the road

• When the tracks cross the road, your rental vehicle will be in the first corner of the parking lot on your right

🚫 Heads up! If you’re walking along the waterfront and see a paved lot for the Small Boat Harbor—that is NOT the Railroad Dock cruise ship parking lot.

✅ Instead, look for the train tracks and follow them up the main road. Your rental is located near where the tracks cross the road.

WALKING DIRECTIONS- BROADWAY DOCK PARKING LOT

Once off the ship, you’ll be facing a gravel lot with tour buses and train tracks.

➤ TURN TO YOUR RIGHT and walk over to the Alaska State Ferry terminal.

✅ The parking lot is alongside your ship in the Alaska State Ferry parking area.

The Parking Lot is located directly behind the Skagway Trading Co.

WALKING DIRECTIONS - ORE Dock Cruise Parking -( approx. a 10 min walk)

When you disembark the ship…

🚫 Heads up! - If you’ve disembarked into a paved lot with helicopters and tour buses 🚌—you’re not in the Cruise Parking lot!

↩️ Turn around and head left on the dock, away from the water

Walk the full length of the dock & Pier until you are in a gravel lot- There will be train tracks to you left and shipping containers in the yard to your right.

•        Keep the train tracks TO YOUR LEFT While walking beside them- and follow them all the way to Broadway/ Downtown. (There is a white sign that says “To Downtown”)

•        When you reach Broadway, TURN LEFT onto Broadway- Heading toward the large blue retail store “Skagway Trading Co.”

•        TURN LEFT onto 1st Ave, at the corner of 1st avenue and Broadway.

•        The Rental Car is directly behind the Blue Retail Store.

When Returning:
🚗 Please park in the same lot, and only in the space between the building and the Red Caboose.

📦 If that area is unavailable or merchandise is being delivered, kindly park on 1st Ave.
⚠️ Avoid parking along curbs marked in yellow

To locate your rental at the airport, exit the airport terminal and the (1st) place to look for it is parked along the “island divider”. The (2nd) place to look is the row alongside the ocean water. The (3rd) place to look is the row alongside the river. PLEASE NEVER ASK AIRPORT EMPLOYEES. They will not know and are not affiliated with our company.

Unless otherwise arranged with owner-Return the vehicle to this parking area. When returning a vehicle to the Airport, please avoid parking in spaces marked "Trail Parking".

All our vehicles have a "Drive About" window sticker.

The Keycode for the lockbox was sent via email to the renter’s email on the reservation, prior to arrival.

If you have difficulty locating the vehicle you rented, we will assist! Please stay at the dock and call (907) 612-0032 speak to Steve. We don’t want you to feel lost or frustrated.

Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking lot only.

When you Return- CHECK-IN PROCEEDURE:

There are TWO Gas stations in Skagway they are located at:

#1- 4th Ave & Main St.

#2 -2nd Ave & State St.

Park the rental in the same parking lot you picked it up at.

Place keys back inside the lock box & secure
