RAILROAD DOCK PARKING
The Railroad Dock parking lot is located on 2nd Ave between Spring St. and the Railroad tracks.
Pick up your rental @ RAILROAD DOCK (Walk is 5-10 min)
Each of our cars features your name written on a dry erase board on the dashboard, and they all sport a "Drive About" window sticker.
1) Your rental is located up Congress Way which becomes 2nd Ave. Walk straight up from the dock until the road meets the train tracks (Most traffic is going up the same way)
3) Cross over the tracks - the parking lot to your RIGHT, is where the rental is parked. Cars will be directly to your RIGHT and usually on the front row facing 2nd Ave/Congress Way

BROADWAY DOCK PARKING
Broadway Parking lot is located along the side of the ship.
Pick up your rental @ BROADWAY DOCK
Each of our cars features your name written on a dry erase board on the dashboard, and they all sport a "Drive About" window sticker.
Once off the Ship, you are to go to your Right toward the AMHS Ferry parking lot. You will see parking there alongside the Cruise ship dock .You are at the Broadway Dock. Your name will be on a dry erase board on the dash.

If you have difficulty locating the vehicle you rented, we will assist! Please stay at the dock and call (907) 612-0032 speak to Steve. We don’t want you to feel lost or frustrated.
Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking lot only.
When you Return
1) Return time is 5pm.
2) Return with a full tank of gas (Gas stations are located at: 2nd Ave & State St. AND 4th Ave & Main St.)
3) The vehicle takes Regular unleaded Gas.
4) Park the rental in the same parking lot you picked it up at.
5) Place keys back inside the lock box & secure

ORE DOCK PARKING
Ore Dock parking is located on 1st Ave. between State St. and Broadway behind Skagway Trading Company.
Pick up your rental @ ORE Dock Parking -(Walking) 5-10 min
Each of our cars features your name written on a dry erase board on the dashboard, and they all sport a "Drive About" window sticker.
1) When you disembark the ship, you’ll be directed down a wooden dock, which ends at a cement sidewalk along train tracks.
2) Continue straight ahead onto State Street. (Ignore the sign “To Downtown”- this takes you to Broadway).
3) The first intersection is 1st Ave and State St. at the Stop sign. Turn Right onto 1st Ave.
4) Walking along 1st Ave, the vehicle is located in the lot to the left between the Red Caboose and the Blue Store (Skagway Trading Company). It will be parked close to the building.

When you Return

AIRPORT PARKING
To locate your rental at the airport, exit the airport terminal and the (1st) place to look for it is parked along the “island divider”. The (2nd) place to look is the row alongside the ocean water. The (3rd) place to look is the row alongside the river. PLEASE NEVER ASK AIRPORT EMPLOYEES. They will not know and are not affiliated with our company.
Unless otherwise arranged with owner- Return the vehicle to this parking area. When returning a vehicle to the Airport, please avoid parking in spaces marked "Trail Parking".

All Rentals ... HOW TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION
You will receive Directions to your rental + key combo before you arrive in the Email we have on file. It will include photos to give visual help!
Please make sure to complete the Rental Agreement and all necessary steps well ahead of time, as failure to comply may result in cancellation. It is crucial to fulfill these requirements at least 30 days before your arrival in Skagway.
Once you fill out the reservation form and make your payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note, we use this email exclusively to communicate any changes or necessary information – there will be no advertising.
1) To proceed to the next step, open the confirmation email and CLICK on the blue text link labeled “Rental Agreement”
2) Attach Driver’s license of the person who paid (AKA the renter) plus the DL for an optional 2”
2) Attach Proof of both Liability & Collision- WE REQUIRE THE DECLARATION PAGE when using your personal plan for both coverages.
**If only proving Liability- your insurance card is fine.
Collision can be proven by submitting one of the following if not part of your personal policy:
1) Letter from Card Services stating Collision /CDW benefit - renter only option (NO BROCHURES).
2) Travel insurance showing rental car coverage- must include dates of coverage and policy # -renter only option
3) Purchase online from a rental car insurance vendor (This is also useful for liability too)
